Mehr dazu (aus FetLife, Shibari Gruppe, post von Guilty)
This survey is meant to get a quantatative idea of of the frequency, nature and seriousness of rope bondage incidents and accidents. It contains questions on the background of riggers and rope bottoms, incidents and accidents they have been involved in, and their medical, social, psychological and financial impact. The survey is meant for all riggers, bottoms, self-riggers, switches, etc.

For analytical purposes it would be best if as many riggers and rope bottoms take the survey, even if you never have had an accident. In this survey, riggers and rope bottoms are defined as "people who at least occasionally do rope bondage of any kind (western, fusion, japanese, etc). There are no mandatory questions, any question you are uncomfortable answering may be skipped.
Feel free to pass on the link to other riggers and rope bottoms or your (local) rope groups. The analysis of the study will be made publicly available at no charge, hopefully in late 2014 or early 2015.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Unless specifically stated, the questions are not rigger or bottom specific. So whenever you are asked if you have ever been involved in something, just answer from your own perspective as a rigger, bottom, self-rigger or switch. Also, whenever you are in doubt, it's probably best to take the question literally and answer from your own perspective,
Sometimes subjective terms are used (such as light or severe damage). This is intentionally subjective, please answer how you feel or felt about it.
If you feel anything important has been left out, all accident-related modules end with open text fields. Apart from as much details as you are willing to share, feel free to tell us anything else you want us to know that we may have left out. For the survey as a whole, there is an open text field at the end of the survey for similar purposes.
